Personalised & Custom Items Due to the personalised nature of items such as custom glasses and letter bracelets, these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Food & Consumable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, food items, sweets, and chocolates included in our hampers and packages cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email address]. Please include a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
