Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery We deliver across South Africa via BobGo. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
- Outlying & rural areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R500 — because you deserve it! 🎁
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at crazy8giftandballoonshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
