2. Products We take great care to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
3. Personalised & Custom Orders For personalised items (such as custom glasses and letter bracelets), please ensure all details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered via BobGo. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Crazy8 is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds Our return and refund policy is outlined separately in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Crazy8 and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Crazy8 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
